Ladies and Juniors Come and Try Day
23rd June 2018
Darwin Clay Target Club will host a "Come & Try" day for ladies and juniors(12-18yrs accompanied by parent or guardian) that are interested in trying this great sport.
You will be coached and supervised by experienced members of the Club who are keen to make sure your time with us is enjoyable and rewarding.
Clay target shooting is a true family sport where all can participate, meet new friends and have fun together.Come along and break a few targets!
Who Can Participate
To participate you must be over the age of 12 years and a firearms license is NOT required.
Unlike many other sports, there are very few physical limitations. Clay target shooting can be addictive, fun and challenging. Once you attend just one shoot you will realise what you have been missing - a great sport, and lots of fun!
Come & Try Cost
Bookings are preferable via email to dctcsecretary@gmail.com. The cost is free for the first 10 targets. You are able to pay for extra targets if you want to have another try.
Days Structure
The day kicks off at 10 am with a compulsory safety briefing. For insurance purposes all participants will need to sign the visitors book.
Please make sure you wear closed in shoes. The club supplies all required equipment. We operate a strict zero alcohol policy.
A sausage sizzle will be provided on the day.
